Because Prime Fit Lab products are sold for research-related use and order integrity matters, returns and refunds are handled under the policy below.
Unless otherwise required by law, sales are generally treated as final once an order has been processed. We do not accept routine returns for opened, altered, or customer-damaged items.
If there is a shipping or fulfillment problem, contact sales@primefitlab.com as soon as possible and ideally within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos that help document the problem.
When an issue is verified, Prime Fit Lab may choose a reasonable resolution such as replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the condition of the order and the type of problem reported.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our own fulfillment error or a confirmed carrier-related exception we agree to cover.
